The nootropic substance, piracetam, has been studied in countless widespread clinical experiments. Neuro-Boost® Piracetam has demonstrated inarguable results in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia, epilepsy, cognitive decline following heart and brain surgery, dementia, and myoclonus. Piracetam’s vascular effect has designated its use for patients suffering from vertigo, dyslexia, and sickle cell anemia.
Neuro-Boost® Piracetam has been proven to increase the communication between the two hemispheres of the brain, and increases activity of the corpus callosum. Right and Left Brain has a different and complementary function. The left brain function associated with academic or analytical intelligence that consists of ability speaking, the ability to process grammar, reading and writing, memory (name, time and events), logic, numbers, analysis, and others. While the right brain is the place for the development of the things that are artistic, creativity, feelings, emotions, style, music, imagination, fantasy, color, recognition of self and others, socialization, personality development. Experts say many of the left brain as a controller of IQ (Intelligence Quotient), while the right brain plays an important role for the development of EQ (Emotional Quotient) a person. Piracetam allows both of the hemispheres to interact and transmit with one another more adequately.
Piracetam is a nootropic nutraceutical that may improve and enchance memory and other intellectual functions. Piracetam is commonly prescribed for cognitive impairment and dementia in several countries of continental Europe. In a thorough clinical study and examination done by N. N. Zavadenko and L. S. Guzilova , piracetam was found to have positive therapeutic effects on impairments to higher mental (memory, attention, executive) and motor (coordination) functions and on measures of the speeds of cognitive and motor operations.
What is the chemical background of Neuro-Boost® Piracetam?
The chemical name for Piracetam is 2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide; it shares the same 2-oxo-pyrrolidone base structure with 2-oxo-pyrrolidine carboxylic acid (pyroglutamate).
Neuro-Boost® Piracetam is suggested to be taken as a dosage of 800mg three times per day to improve cognition and memory.
Some literature recommends a high “attack” dose of piracetam be taken for the first two days. We have noticed that often when people first take piracetam they do not notice any effect at all until they take a high dose (approximately 4000 to 8000 mg). Thereafter, they may notice that a lower dosage is sufficient. Piracetam takes effect within 30 to 60 minutes.
Even when given in high doses over a long period of time, piracetam has never been recorded or documented to have any negative or adverse side effects.
